Guest guest Posted June 13, 2007 Report Share Posted June 13, 2007 Pomegranate Vinaigrette Source: My adaptation of Robin Miller's recipe (previously posted) 1/2 cup water 1 Tbsp. pomegranate juice concentrate 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh 2 tsp. flax seed oil 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. stevia powder salt to taste Place in glass measuring cup and emulsify with wire whip or hand-mixer. Serve as a salad dressing with garden greens. Delicious!
