Guest guest Posted June 11, 2007 Report Share Posted June 11, 2007 White Bean Dip with Crackers Source: 3abn.org (adapted to gf) 3 c. cooked great northern beans 1/4 c. Tofutti Sour Supreme (optional; see note below for soy free version) 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 c. water rice crackers fresh parsley for garnish 1. Put all the above ingredients except for the parsley and crackers into a food processor. Process until the mixture is smooth. 2. Fold in the parsley. Serve hot or cold with corn chips or your favorite cracker. Yield: 8 quarter cup servings ***It can also be made without the Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese.
