Source: 3abn.org

1 12-oz. can Old Orchard apple strawberry kiwi or apple raspberry

juice concentrate

1 12-oz. can water

1/3 c. tapioca granules

4 - 6 c. frozen or fresh berries - such as chopped strawberries,

raspberries or blueberries

1. Soak tapioca in juice concentrate and water for at least 15 minutes.

2. Cook mixture on low heat, stirring occasionally with a whisk, for

approximately 45 minutes, or until tapioca is clear.

3. Remove from heat and stir in fruit.

This sauce is WONDERFUL served warm or cold over waffles, pancakes,

french toast, bread or peanut-buttered toast. M-m-m-m! Also delicious

used as a dessert sauce i.e. over cheesecake, etc.
