Tartar Sauce

1 c. Vegenaise

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 c. sweet relish (made with lemon juice)

1 tsp. onion powder

1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

3 Tbsp. dehydrated onion

1 - 2 Tbsp. honey (or alternative vegan sweetener of choice)

 

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours or until

cold. Add more honey if you like it sweeter, or more lemon juice if

you like it a bit more tart.

 

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
