Guest guest Posted June 5, 2007 Report Share Posted June 5, 2007 Spoon Fudge Serving Size : 16 1- Gallon size ZipLoc plastic bag 1 lb. powdered sugar (Florida Crystals] 1/4 lb. Earth Balance 1- 3oz. cube of Tofutti cream cheese 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cocoa or carob powder Place all the ingredients in the ziploc bag and squeeze out all the air. Squish and smoosh the bag until all the ingredients are well mixed and there is a creamy consistency. Add any favorite flavors or stuff (raisins, peanut butter, etc.).
