Guest guest Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 White Cole Slaw (Danish) Source: Encyclopedia of European Cooking white cabbage vinegar oil salt and pepper chopped parsley chopped chives Remove coarse leaves and stalk from cabbage. Shred it finely. Make salad dressing with 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix cabbage well with generous amount of dressing. Let it stand for 2 hours.
