Guest guest Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 Walnut Sauce (Russia) Source: Encyclopedia of European Cooking 4 oz (115 g) shelled walnuts 1 clove garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt pinch cayenne pepper 4 oz (115 g) spring onions 1 gill (5 fl oz) (140 ml) vinegar 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) chopped parsley Crush the walnuts and garlic together.
