Guest guest Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 Simple Potato Salad (Czech) Source: Encyclopedia of European Cooking 2 Ib (900 g) potatoes 2 pickled gherkins 1 large onion 1 paprika (sweet red pepper) Marinade: 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) oil 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) French mustard a little vinegar pinch salt and sugar Cook the potatoes in their skins, then peel and allow to cool.
