Guest guest Posted May 17, 2007 Report Share Posted May 17, 2007 Judias Verdes a la Castellana (Castilian Green Beans) (Sapin) green beans olive oil sweet red peppers garlic clove parsley salt and pepper Cook the green beans in boiling salt water till tender. Cut up and fry the peppers in oil, together with a chopped garlic clove and chopped parsley. Drain the beans and mix with the fried peppers.
