Guest guest Posted May 17, 2007 Report Share Posted May 17, 2007 Calabacines al Horno (Baked Courgettes {Zucchini}) (Spain) 6 courgettes (zucchini) 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil 1 clove garlic salt and pepper GF breadcrumbs Take 6 medium-sized courgettes: clean carefully and cut off stem end. Cut in half. Rub round a baking dish with the garlic clove, then place courgettes in a dish with 2 tablespoons oil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle a little oil over the top.
