Guest guest Posted May 8, 2007 Report Share Posted May 8, 2007 Leek Salad 4 leeks water olive oil salt and pepper juice 1 lemon olives 1/2 lemon Cut leeks lengthwise and cook in moderately salted water. When cooked, leave them to cool in the same water. Then drain and place them in a salad bowl. Blend lemon juice, olive oil and a dash of black pepper and pour over the leeks.
