Guest guest
Hi all, Had a great time picking blackberries today. Now I am searching for a GF biscuit that will hold up to simmering on top of the blackberries (and preferably have some lightness) to make an old fashion blackberry dumpling. YUM! I perused the files. Do you recommend any of these for stove top? I have garbanzo bean/fava flour in the house but have potato starch and rice flour available at the store as well as a GF pancake mix. Thanks, Carrol

Guest guest
I was wondering where my post was. I posted this a week ago today! Thanks for the tip. I will look for this in my HFS. We also like to make a bean biscuit - good way to pack more nutrition into a picky toddler.
