If fresh mango is not available, use drained, canned mango slices instead. You can puree fruit in advance if you like; cover and chill until it's needed. pulp of 2 mangoes 250 g (9 oz) strawberries, halved 3 cups ruby red grapefruit juice, chilled 12 ice-cubes, plus extra crushed ice-cubes, to serve sparkling vegan wine -OR- sparking mineral water, optional 1. Place mango in a blender; add berries, grapefruit juice and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Chill until needed. 2.
