I'm still looking for recipes for using green pea flour. Also known as

Baison flour. I am familiar with chick-pea flour, & gar-fava which is,

Fava Beans & Garbanzo(which are also known as chick-peas) When I use

the green pea flour it leaves a very unpleasant after taste. Any ideas?

Thanks.

I googled it but only saw a recipe for pea soup at Bob's Red Mill website.

Does anyone have input for Gail regarding green pea flour? I've never used

it --- I am suspecting it would be similar to the other bean flours, but am

not certain. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
