Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to this group. I've been vegetarian for almost 10 years and vegan, by default, the past few months. I've been off of gluten for a few months and feel better. However, my digestive system is still tempramental, so I've been mostly vegan as well. I've used natural/toxic free products as much as possible for several years and recently considered that my lotions, shampoos, make up, etc may have gluten in them. do any of you know what ingredients to look for and which products are natural and gluten free? I'm too scared of the scoop being used in the bin next to it (oatmeal or something) and then going back in the bin I want. The nutritionist I went to warned me off bulk bins, and now I'm really wondering. They're so much cheaper. I purchase in bulk from the bins that have a handle and the bulk items pour out of a spout at the base of them. I've always considered them pretty 'safe' unless the grocery who fills them messes up. I share your concern on the other type of open, bulk bins. ~ LaDonna ~ >>>Do you find that you get x-contamination issues from bulk bins?
