Guest guest Posted April 30, 2007 Report Share Posted April 30, 2007 Lemon, Basil and Garlic Pasta Sauce 3 lemons, rind grated, juiced 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove, crushed 80 g (2 3/4 oz) vegan parmesan cheese, finely grated 1 cup small basil leaves 1. Whisk 1/2 cup lemon juice, oil and garlic in a bowl until combined. Stir in vegan parmesan. 2. Add lemon mixture, lemon rind, basil and salt and pepper to pasta. Toss until well combined. Serve.
