First, I want to thank all of you who post recipes and keep them so

neatly filed. I feel like I have wandered into my own personal

goldmine! I cant decide what to fix next, and am loving all of it.

In the Mains catagory, under loaves, there is a recipe for " one of a

kind loaf " that is listed as soy free. I just want to point out that

it calls for " Minute tapioca " and wanted to let you all know that they

recently started adding soy lecethin to the tapioca! Idiots! Why did

they have to mess up a good thing! Reese has a quick cooking tapioca,

but I reacted to it and suspect cross contamination. Just wanted to

give you the heads up. Thats why I read every label, every time. I

have used minute tapioca for years, and now cant touch the stuff.

grrrrrr

Thanks for that.

That recipe is a (*SF) which means it can be easily made soy-free (as

opposed to (SF) which means it is soy-free), so I put a note next to

the " Minute Tapioca " ingredient.

Thanks again,

Kim:)
