Guest guest
I don't really like reheated frozen meals, but I think it will be easier once the baby is born. We can't have soy either. All I can think of is beans and rice and well, that will get old fast. Thanks for any ideas! Thanks so much, Shannon
Guest guest
Here's just a few ideas: - Lasagne - Burgers - Vegan sausages (can be made soy free using different seasonings) - Shepherds/Cottage pies - Cut up veggies for stir fries - Spaghetti sauce - Pizza bases ready to just pop on the toppings - Roasted veggies to top pizza - Soup (minestrone is good as it is a meal in itself) To make cooking a little quicker and easier, I also tend to have things like onions and peppers (just chop and freeze, no blanching necessary) in the freezer, measured into zip-lock bags ready to just throw into whatever I'm cooking. There's heaps of recipes in the files for these type of things. Hope that helps a little. If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.
