Guest guest Posted April 16, 2007 Report Share Posted April 16, 2007 Cashew Jack Cheeze Source: Lifestyle Centers of America 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup cashews, raw and rinsed 1/2 cup water, additional 1 cup brown rice, cooked 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh Blend 1/2 cup water and cashews until smooth. Add the other 1/2 cup of water and remaining ingredients. Blend well. Variations: For a thinner sauce, add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup more water.
