Sweet Soy, Honey and Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce

 

 

1/3 cup GF kecap manis

2 tablespoons (8 tsp) honey (-OR- vegan alternative)

3 cm (1 1/4 " ) piece ginger, peeled, finely chopped

1/4 cup chicken-style stock

 

 

Place kecap manis, honey (or alternative), ginger and stock in a jug.

Whisk with a fork until well combined.

 

 

Makes 2/3 cup.
