Guest guest Posted April 13, 2007 Report Share Posted April 13, 2007 Chinese Stir-Fry Sauce 1/3 cup vehetarien GF oyster sauce 1 tablespoon (4 tsp) shao hsing Chinese cooking wine -OR- sweet sherry 1/4 cup chicken-style stock 1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons brown sugar Place oyster sauce, wine, stock, oil and sugar in a jug.
