Guest guest Posted April 8, 2007 Report Share Posted April 8, 2007 French Dressing 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon (4 tsp) dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 cup olive oil pepper, to taste 1. Combine vinegar, mustard, salt and sugar in a small ceramic bowl. Whisk until well combined. 2. Add oil to the vinegar mixture in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly until dressing thickens slightly. Season with pepper. Makes 1/2 cup.
