Guest guest Posted April 8, 2007 Report Share Posted April 8, 2007 Herb, Lemon and Garlic Dressing 1/2 cup lplain soy yoghurt 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, mint, thyme), finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 lemon, juiced salt and pepper, to taste Combine yoghurt, herbs, garlic, 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) lemon juice and salt and pepper in a screw-top jar.
