Guest guest Posted April 8, 2007 Report Share Posted April 8, 2007 Orange Soy Dressing 3 oranges, rind finely grated, juiced 3 cm (1 1/4 " ) piece ginger, peeled, grated 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tablespoon (4 tsp) salt-reduced GF soy sauce 1 teaspoon honey (-OR- vegan alternative) salt and pepper, to taste 1. Combine 2 teaspoons orange rind, 1/2 cup orange juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey and salt and pepper in a screw-top jar. Secure lid. Shake until well combined. 2. Drizzle over noodle salad, rice salad or Asian-style coleslaw. NOTE: You can store dressing in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 7 days.
