Guest guest Posted April 7, 2007 Report Share Posted April 7, 2007 Asian Coleslaw 150 g (5 1/3 g) snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced 1 1/2 cups beansprouts, trimmed 1 large carrot, peeled, thinly sliced 1 red capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced 1/2 cup coriander (cilantro) leaves Combine snow peas, beansprouts, carrot, capsicum (bell pepper) and coriander (cilantro) in a large bowl. TIP: To make dressing for the coleslaw, whisk 1 1/2 tablespoons (6 tsp) each of sweet chilli sauce, GF soy sauce and peanut butter with 1/4 cup boiling water in a jug until well combined. Pour over coleslaw and toss to coat.
