Guest guest Posted April 7, 2007 Report Share Posted April 7, 2007 Sugar and Spice Bananas 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice 4 teaspoons brown sugar 1 cup plain, thick soy yoghurt 2 bananas, sliced 1. Combine mixed spice and sugar in a bowl. Remove 1 teaspoon mixture and reserve. Add yoghurt to remaining mixture. Stir to combine. 2. Divide banana between bowls. Top with yoghurt mixture. Sprinkle with reserved spice mixture and serve. NOTE: Mixed spice is a blend including nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice.
