Guest guest Posted April 7, 2007 Report Share Posted April 7, 2007 Tropical Lychee, Mango and Pineapple Juice 565 g (20 oz) can lychees in light syrup 1 mango, peeled, flesh roughly chopped 1/2 (500 g) (17 1/2) small pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped ice, to serve 1. Drain lychees into a sieve, reserving 1/4 cup syrup. Place lychees and reserved syrup in a blender. 2. Add mango and pineapple to lychees. Blend fruit until well combined. Place ice in 3 glasses.
