Here is a link to take you to the abstract: <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/utils/fref.fcgi?itool=AbstractPlus-def & PrId=\ 3058 & uid=17230528 & db=pubmed & url=http://dx.doi.org/10.1002/ijc.22456> Nutritional factors in relation to endometrial cancer: A report from a population-based case-control study in Shanghai, China. Department of Epidemiology, Fu Dan University School of Public Health, Shanghai, People's Republic of China. Int J Cancer. 2007 Apr 15;120(8):1776-81. They found that women whose diets were higher in animal source foods had increased risk, associated with the protein and saturated fat. Diets higher in plant source foods generally showed decreased risk. The one exception from the plant kingdom associated with increased risk: monounsaturated fat (olives and olive oil).
