I want to thank whoever suggested the dried soups! Those were the BEST. I had two split pea cup- a-soups along, one for each direction, and thoroughly enjoyed having something hot and healthful to eat. The trip was great and talk about healthful eating...my wellness resort was awesome. Vegan, gluten free options at every meal. Fresh papaya and pineapple for breakfast every day.
