Almond milk

Almond Breeze brand is GF, I'm pretty sure, and should be nationally

available, I would think. I'm sure a HFS or major grocery chain would carry it.

But if

not, I believe it would be just as easy to whip up some homemade almond milk

in the blender, just as I do for cashew milk. You might want to blanch the

almonds first, to remove the dark skins to keep the milk white. Whiz with some

filtered water, and a touch of agave nectar or honey--YUM! For fortification,

maybe add some calcium powder or whatever you think you want to supplement. You

might have to shake the milk before each use, due to settling. And I

apologize, but I don't have an exact recipe for the amounts of nuts to water.

But I

don't think making it is going to be any complicated process requiring a

separate

machine or anything. Marilyn
