Guest guest Posted March 20, 2007 Report Share Posted March 20, 2007 Asian Greens with Oyster Sauce 1 bunch Chinese broccoli (gai lum) 1 bunch baby bok choy 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) vegetable oil 4 green onions, diagonally sliced 4 tsp fresh ginger, thinly sliced 2 garlic cloves, crushed 3 sticks celery, thinly sliced 100 g (3 1/2 oz) snow peas, halved lengthways 1/4 cup GF vegetarian oyster sauce 4 tsp GF soy sauce 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds 1. Trim and wash broccoli and bok choy. Cut into 5 cm (2 " ) pieces. 2. Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil. Add onions, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add celery, snow peas, broccoli and bok choy. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. 3. Combine sauces. Spoon vegetables onto plates. Drizzle with sauce mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve. Serves 8.
