Guest guest Posted March 19, 2007 Report Share Posted March 19, 2007 Honey-Orange Parsnips Source: Recipezaar (veganized) 1 cup water 1 lb (450 g) parsnips, sliced 3 tablespoons (9 tsp) vegan margarine 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) honey (-OR- vegan alternative) 1 teaspoon grated orange rind Bring water to a boil in medium pan. Add parnsips; cover and cook 8 minutes till tender, drain. return pasrsnips to pan; add butter and remaning ingredients, stirring gently till butter melts.
