Guest guest Posted March 19, 2007 Report Share Posted March 19, 2007 Maple Parsnips Source: Recipezaar 3 cups parsnips -OR- carrots (-OR- both mixed) 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1. Peel and slice parsnips. 2. Steam about 8 minutes or just till tender. 3. Drain and return to pan without steamer rack. 4. Stir in syrup and coat well. 5. Garnish with chives if desired. Serves 4.
