Guest guest Posted March 19, 2007 Report Share Posted March 19, 2007 Glazed Parsnips Source: Recipezaar (veganized) 1 lb (450 g) parsnips, peeled,cut bite size 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) vegan margarine 1/4 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons (9 tsp) orange juice 1. Cook parsnips in salted water until tender. Drain. 2. In small saucepan, add margarine, sugar, and orange juice, bring to a boil. 3. Pour over parsnips, tossing lightly to coat. Serves 3 - 4.
