Guest guest Posted March 19, 2007 Report Share Posted March 19, 2007 Watermelon, Strawberry and Cranberry Cooler 2.5 kg (5 1/2 lb) seedless watermelon, rind removed, chopped 500 g (17 1/2 oz) strawberries, hulled, chopped 1.5 litre/quart bottle cranberry raspberry juice, chilled lime wedges, to serve 1. Place watermelon, and strawberries into separate airtight containers. Freeze for 8 hours or until frozen. 2, Place one-third of the frozen watermelon, one-third of the frozen strawberries and 2 cups of juice into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large jug. Repeat 2 times with remaining ingredients. 3. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with lime wedges. Serve. Serves 12.
