Guest guest Posted March 18, 2007 Report Share Posted March 18, 2007 Orange Hommus two 420 g (15 oz) cans chickpeas, drained 1 1/2 tablespoons (6 tsp )extra virgin olive oil 3 large oranges, rind finely grated, juiced 3 garlic cloves, crushed 4 tsp ground cumin pinch of cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) tahini Process chickpeas, oil, orange rind, 1/4 cup orange juice, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper and tahini until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until required.
