Guest guest Posted March 17, 2007 Report Share Posted March 17, 2007 Stir-Fried Peas with Garlic 4 tsp sesame seeds 3 teaspoons peanut oil 3 garlic cloves, crushed 200 g (7 oz) sugar snap peas, topped 200 g (7 oz) snow peas, topped 150 g (5 1/3 oz) fresh green peas, shelled 2 teaspoons cold water 1 1/2 tablespoons (6 tsp) honey (-OR- vegan alternative) 1. Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add sesame seeds. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until light golden. Remove to a plate. 2. Add oil to wok. Swirl to coat. Add garlic, sugar snap peas, snow peas and green peas. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add water. Cover wok. Cook for 30 seconds. Remove cover. 3. Add sesame seeds and honey to wok.
