Guest guest Posted March 15, 2007 Report Share Posted March 15, 2007 Crispy New Potatoes 800 g (28 oz) small chat potatoes olive oil cooking spray 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes 1. Preheat oven to 220 C (430 F). Place potatoes into a large saucepan of cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Boil for 8 to 10 minutes, or until just tender. Drain well. Set aside to cool slightly. 2. Grease a large baking tray. Place potatoes onto tray in a single layer. Gently press potatoes with a teaspoon to flatten slightly. Spray with oil. Sprinkle with salt.
