Guest guest Posted March 11, 2007 Report Share Posted March 11, 2007 Marinated Mushrooms 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 4 teaspoons fresh tarragon, chopped 250 g (9 oz) button mushrooms, stems trimmed 1. Place juice, oil, tarragon, and salt and pepper into a bowl. Whisk to combine. 2. Add mushrooms. Toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight, tossing occasionally.
