Guest guest Posted March 11, 2007 Report Share Posted March 11, 2007 Salad Dressing 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) lemon juice 4 teaspoons wholegrain mustard 1 teaspoon caster sugar 1 garlic clove, crushed Combine all ingredients, and salt and pepper, in a screw-top jar. Shake until well combined. Drizzle over salads or store in fridge for up to 1 week. VARIATION: For an Asian-style dressing, replace mustard with sweet chilli sauce. Makes 1 cup.
