Guest guest Posted March 9, 2007 Report Share Posted March 9, 2007 Warm Vegetable Platter 4 small yellow squash, quartered 3 corn cobs, cut into 2 cm (3/4 " ) thick slices 2 small red capsicums (bell peppers), cut into 3 cm (2 1/4 " ) pieces 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges 1/4 cup olive oil 2 teaspoons cumin seeds 1. Preheat oven to 200 C (390 F). Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. 2. Place squash, corn, capsicum and onion into a large bowl. Add oil and cumin seeds. Toss until well combined. 3.
