Guest guest Posted March 6, 2007 Report Share Posted March 6, 2007 Garlic mushrooms 4 green onions, chopped 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon (4 tsp) oil 400 g (14 oz) button mushrooms, halved 1/4 cup fresh GF breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) lemon juice 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) chopped parsley 1. Place onions, garlic and oil into a large microwave-safe dish. Cook, covered, on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute. 2. Add mushrooms, tossing to coat. Cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes or until tender. 3. Stir through breadcrumbs and lemon juice. Cook for a further 3 minutes or until liquid has almost evaporated. Serve immediately topped with parsley. Serves 4.
