Spaghetti Noodle Stir Fry

 

 

1 cup Orgran Spaghetti Noodles, cooked (-OR- broken GF spaghetti)

2 tablespoons (8 tsp) sesame seed oil

2 clove garlic, finely sliced, optional

2 green onions, chopped

4 tsp fresh ginger, grated

2 medium carrots, sliced

1 red capsicum (bell pepper), sliced

125 g (4 1/2 oz) snow peas

2 chilies, seeded and chopped

60 g (2 oz) mushrooms, sliced

2 celery sticks, sliced

60 g (2 oz) bean sprout

125 g (4 1/2 oz) cabbage, sliced

4 tablespoons (2 3/4 fl oz) GF soy sauce

2 tbsp (8 tsp) sherry

 

 

Heat wok and add oil. Saute garlic, onion, ginger; add carrot,

capsicum (bell pepper) and snow peas; cook 2 min and add chilies,

mushroom, celery, sprouts and cabbage; cook further 2 minutes,

until well charred. Add soy sauce and sherry, stir well, cook 1

minute; add cooked noodles and stir in well, serve.
