Guest guest Posted March 3, 2007 Report Share Posted March 3, 2007 Brussel Sprouts With Chestnut Butter Source: PinkCherryBlossom st Recipezaar (veganized). | 55 g (2 oz) vegan margarine, softened 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 lime, zest of 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 55 g (2 oz) ready prepared chestnuts 650 g (23 oz) Brussels sprouts, trimmed 1. Mix margarine, garlic, zest and nutmeg and beat together. 2. Chop chestnuts and add to butter. Place on cling film and make into a sausage shape. Chill until needed. 3.
