Looking for GF Vegan flour mix for homemade pasta.

Did you like the taste of any of them? If you did, have you thought of

trying adding 1 2oz jar of baby food (like sweet potato) to the recipe.

This will act as extra binder plus give you one of the trendy new pastas.
