The original recipe was from fooddownunder.com. by philocrates 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trim and fine chopped 1 large carrot, fine chopped 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 cup water 1 red bell pepper (capsicum), seeded and finely chopped salt & freshly ground black pepper 1. Lightmy oil a skillet. 2. Cook the onions and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until softened. 3. Add the sprouts, carrot, thyme and water to this and cook until water has evaporated. 4.
