Guest guest Posted March 1, 2007 Report Share Posted March 1, 2007 Cranberry and Apple Sauce 300g packet frozen cranberries 1 1/2 cups white sugar 2 small fuji apples, cored,finely chopped 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup vegan port 1. Preheat oven to 200 C (390 F). Place cranberries, sugar, apples, vinegar and port in a 22 cm x 30 cm (9 x 12 " ) roasting pan. Stir to combine. 2. Roast cranberry mixture, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 40 minutes or until thick and syrupy. Set aside to cool. Makes 4 cups. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
