Guest guest Posted March 1, 2007 Report Share Posted March 1, 2007 Gomasio (Sesame Salt) 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/4 teaspoon salt Heat small heavy skillet over medium heat. Add sesame seeds; cook, stirring for about 5 minutes or until the seeds are golden. Cool. Mix toasted sesame seeds and salt.
