Guest guest Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 Baked Carrots “au Gratin” Source: 3ABN 5 to 6 extra-large carrots 1 1/3 cup cashew pieces blended with 2 cups water ½ to 1 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika Cut carrots into medium-size pieces and put in a small glass baking dish—something that holds about the same amount as a bread pan will work. Blend cashews and water very well and pour into the baking dish. Then stir in about ½ teaspoon paprika. (Add more later, according to your taste.) Bake uncovered at 375° for one hour.
