Guest guest Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 “MEATBALLS” Source: 3ABN(adapted to gluten free) 1 ½ cups flour of choice (garbanzo, soy, et) 2 cups fresh bread crumbs(gluten free if necessary) 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon sweet basil 1 teaspoon ground marjoram ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ cup water ½ cup sunflower seeds ½ cup cashews 1 tablespoon yeast flakes ¼ cup lemon juice 2 ounces canned pimentos 1 ¼ teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon garlic powder Mix the first six ingredients in a bowl. Blend the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the blended mixture into the bowl, mix well, then form into balls.
